Introduction
These Terms govern your use of robwaterhouce wagering services. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms. robwaterhouce is operated by Tarpin Finance Pty Limited (ABN 84 622 556 423, ACN 622 556 423) under licence 3297/2023/WB.
Definitions
'Account' means your robwaterhouce wagering account. 'Services' means wagering services on the platform. 'We/us/our' refers to Tarpin Finance Pty Limited. 'You/your' refers to the account holder. 'Platform' means the robwaterhouce website. 'Bet/Wager' means a bet placed through Services. 'Event' means any event on which wagering is offered.

Account Registration
Register with full name, date of birth, address, email, contact details. Maintain confidentiality of credentials. Do not allow others to use your account. Notify us of unauthorised use immediately.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Approved methods: debit cards, PayPal, POLi, BPay, bank transfer. No credit cards. Minimum/maximum amounts may apply. Withdrawals processed to deposit method where possible. Identity verification may be required. We may withhold funds if fraud suspected.
Placing Bets
Bets subject to Terms and event-specific rules. Confirmed when accepted by system. We may refuse, limit or cancel bets. Odds subject to change. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. Min/max bet amounts may apply.
Results and Settlements
Settled on official result per governing body. Our determination is final in disputes. Reasonable efforts for prompt settlement. May be delayed for protest/inquiry. Dead heat rules apply.
Cancellation and Voiding
We may cancel/void bets placed in error, with evidence of fraud, if event abandoned, placed after commencement, in breach of Terms, or as required by law.
Responsible Gambling

All platform content is property of Tarpin Finance Pty Limited or licensors, protected by copyright. No reproduction without written consent.

Prohibited Conduct
No unlawful use, automated access, platform manipulation, false information, match-fixing, sharing accounts, or conduct detrimental to service integrity.
Suspension and Closure
We may suspend/close accounts for breach of Terms, false information, fraud, BetStop/self-exclusion, or as required by law. Remaining balance returned subject to verification.
Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to account balance at time of incident. Not liable for indirect/consequential loss, loss of profit/revenue/data, or force majeure.
Disputes
Contact us first via Contact Us page. We investigate and respond reasonably. Unsatisfied complaints may be referred to Liquor & Gaming NSW.
Changes to Terms
We may amend Terms with notification by email or platform notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, cease use and close account.
Tax
You are responsible for tax on winnings. We may report to tax authorities as required.
Force Majeure
Not liable for failures beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, war, pandemic, government actions, power/internet failures, industrial disputes.
Governing Law
Governed by laws of New South Wales. Non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
Severability
Invalid provisions severed; remaining provisions continue in force.
Entire Agreement
These Terms plus Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and referenced policies constitute entire agreement.
Assignment
We may assign rights without consent. You may not assign without written consent.
Waiver
Failure to exercise rights does not constitute waiver.
